أمين اسكندر من بودابست : الوسيلة الوحيدة لمواجهة الاستراتيجيّة الشيطانيّة هي الانتقال إلى الفيدراليّة .

شارك حزب الاتحادالسرياني العالمي في المؤتمر الذي افتتحه وزير الخارجية والتجارة الهنغاري بيتر سيارتو بعنوان “مستقبل لبنان من المنظور المسيحي” في بودابست، بمشاركة أحزاب لبنانية وممثّل عن البطريرك الراعي.
وقد مثّل الحزب ورئيسه إبراهيم مراد الدكتور أمين إسكندر، الذي ألقى كلمة باسم الحزب جاء فيها:

باسم حزب الاتحاد السرياني ورئيسه السيد إبراهيم مراد، أودّ أن أعبّر عن امتناننا لحكومة هنغاريا وشعبها لاستقبالنا اليوم لمناقشة آفاق وجودٍ مسيحيٍّ حرٍّ ومزدهرٍ في لبنان.

منذ إنشاء دولة لبنان الكبير عام 1920، واجه هذا الكيان رفضًا من قبل بعض الجهات التي اعتبرته كيانًا مصطنعًا ومناقضًا لفهمها للعالم ولرؤية الأمّة أو الخلافة بلا حدود. وقد بدأت المجازر ضدّ المسيحيين منذ عام 1925، رغم الوجود السياسي الفرنسي والتفوّق العسكري.

لا شكّ أن المسيحيين ارتكبوا أخطاءً، فقد سعوا للقبول في محيطهم بالتخلّي عن لغتهم السريانيّة، وتاريخهم، وحلفائهم التاريخيين، وأحيانًا عن هويّتهم. هذا التنكّر لجذورهم وحلفائهم وواقعهم لم يؤدِّ إلّا إلى إضعافهم بشكل أكثر خطورة.

لم تتوقّف المؤامرات التي حيكت من القوى المجاورة لتدمير لبنان. فمن مصر الناصريّة، إلى سوريا البعثيّة، إلى الفدائيين الفلسطينيين، ثمّ إلى الجمهورية الإسلاميّة الإيرانيّة، بُذلت كلّ الجهود لتغيير ديمغرافيّة لبنان والقضاء على مسيحييه.

وقد استُخدمت جميع الوسائل لتحقيق ذلك:

أولًا: المجازر والتدمير الكامل للقرى وحتى المدن، مثل مجزرة الدامور عام 1976.
ثانيًا: احتلال سوري دام 30 عامًا، منع عودة السكان الأصليين وسهّل توطين سكان جدد من غير المسيحيين.
ثالثًا: عدم الاستقرار المستمر والإفقار الممنهج، ممّا أجبر الطبقة الوسطى ذات الأغلبيّة المسيحية على الهجرة.
رابعًا: فرض دستور جديد في الطائف، ينصّ على الهويّة العربيّة الحصريّة للبنان، ما أدّى إلى إنكار ثقافته، وجعل الأجيال المسيحية الشابّة تشعر بأنّها غريبة في أرضها التاريخيّة، فدُفعت إلى الهجرة.
خامسًا: تقليص صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية والمناصب المسيحية الأخرى في الدولة.
سادسًا: تجنيس مئات الآلاف من السكان العرب الذين لا يستوفون الشروط القانونيّة للحصول على الجنسيّة، والذين لا ينتمون إلى ثقافة لبنان وتاريخه.
سابعًا: تشجيع الفساد على جميع المستويات وفي كافّة القطاعات، ما أدّى إلى انهيار الاقتصاد والقطاع المصرفي بالكامل عام 2019.
ثامنًا: تفجير العاصمة المسيحية الوحيدة في المنطقة الممتدّة من طنجة إلى بكين عام 2020، ما أدّى إلى تدمير ما بناه المسيحيون على مدى قرون، من مدارس وجامعات ومتاحف ومستشفيات ومختبرات وقطاع سياحي، ونمط حياة متوسطي حديث. هذا التفجير، إلى جانب الأزمة المفتعلة عام 2019، تسببا في فقدان لبنان لأكثر من 80% من شبابه المسيحي.
لقد أصبح انعدام التوازن الديمغرافي بين المسيحيين والمسلمين أمرًا مستحيل التراجع عنه، وبات السلاح الأساسي الذي يستخدمه الإسلاميون لتهديد الوجود المسيحي. تتمثّل استراتيجيتهم الجديدة في استغلال القيم الغربية الحديثة للقضاء على المسيحيين، إذ يطالبون بالديمقراطية ويدعون إلى العلمانيّة وإلغاء الطائفيّة، لتمكينهم من إلغاء أيّ حصص مخصّصة للمسيحيين في المناصب الحكوميّة والإداريّة، وبالتالي السيطرة الكاملة على السياسة والثروة في البلاد.

الوسيلة الوحيدة لمواجهة هذه الاستراتيجيّة الشيطانيّة هي تجنّب الانخراط في معركة الأعداد، والانتقال إلى الفيدراليّة الجغرافيّة-الثقافيّة. فالفيدراليّة تجعل الأرقام بلا تأثير، وتمنح التنوّع حقه دون أن تتعارض مع التعايش، كما تنصّ عليه العقيدة الاجتماعيّة للكنيسة الكاثوليكية في مبدأ “التبعية” (Subsidiarity).
وسيتمّ تناول هذا الموضوع بمزيد من التفصيل اليوم من قبل السيّد إياد جورج البستاني.

ولكن للوصول إلى هذا النموذج الجديد من الحكم، من الضروري أيضًا الحفاظ على ما تبقى من الديمغرافيّة المسيحية في لبنان، من خلال تطوير مشاريع مستدامة، مثل:

– تأمين فرص عمل في القرى الريفيّة، من الصناعات الزراعيّة إلى البرمجيات والتكنولوجيا.
– إنشاء مشاريع سكنيّة للأزواج الشباب.
– اللامركزيّة في إنتاج وتوزيع الكهرباء.
– تعزيز قطاع التعليم ودعم المدارس والجامعات.
– تقديم المنح الدراسيّة داخل لبنان فقط.
– اللامركزيّة في الضرائب، التي يتمّ دفعها بشكل رئيسي من المناطق المسيحية بينما تُنفق بالكامل تقريبًا في مناطق أخرى.
–
من الضروري أيضًا مساعدة لبنان على تحقيق السلام، سلام عادل ومتوازن مع جميع جيرانه. فهدف الإسلاميين، مهما كانت انتماءاتهم، هو الإبقاء على حالة عداء دائمة تعزل المسيحيين عن العالم. هذه التكتيكات ابتكرها العثمانيون واستُخدمت لمحاكمة المسيحيين عسكريًا بتهمة التواصل مع “العدو”، الذي كان في ذلك الوقت فرنسا. ولا يزال هذا النهج متبعًا حتى اليوم، حيث يُنظر إلى كلّ مسيحي كخائن محتمل، وما زال نهج هذه المحكمة العسكرية قائمًا لهذا الغرض.

لبنان بحاجة إلى دعم العالم الحرّ بأسره. لبنان بحاجة إلى دعم العالم المسيحي.

Salutation to his Beatitude Patriarch of Antioch
Your Excellencies
Ladies and Gentlemen

In the name of the Syriac Union Party and of its president Mr Ibrahim MradI would like to express our gratitude to the government and to the people of Hungary, for receiving us today to discuss the perspective of a free and prosperous Christian presence in Lebanon.
 
Since the creation of Grand Liban in 1920, there has been a rejection of this entity that was viewed by some, as artificial, and as contrary to their understanding of the world and of the borderless Umma or Califate. Massacres of Christians had started as soon as 1925 despite the French political presence and military supremacy.
 
There is no doubt that the Christians have made mistakes. To be accepted by their environment, they have abandoned their Syriac language, their history, their historical allies, and sometimes their identity. This negation of their roots, of their historical allies, and of their reality has only weakened them even more dangerously.
 
Conspiracies never stopped with the neighbouring powers to destroy Lebanon. From Nasserist Egypt, to Baathist Syria, to the Palestinian fedayeen, and to the Islamist Republic of Iran, everything has been done to transform the Lebanese demography and annihilate its Christians.
 
All methods have been used for that purpose:
– First the massacres and total demolition of villages or even cities like Damour in 1976.
– Then a 30 years Syrian occupation preventing the return of the inhabitants and allowing the establishment of new non christian populations instead.
– Third: The continuous instability and provoked impoverishment , forcing the middle class (which is predominantly Christian) to emigrate.
– 4: Imposing a new constitution in Taef, stating the exclusively Arab identity of Lebanon, and hens denying it its culture, and making Christian younger generations feel like foreigners on their historical land, encouraging them to emigrate.
– 5: The reduction of the prerogatives of the president of the republic and of other Christian positions within the government.
– 6: The naturalization of hundreds of thousands of Arab populations that did not deserve , juridically speaking, this nationality , and that are totally strangers to Lebanon’s culture and history.
– 7: The encouragement of corruption on all levels and in every field, bringing the economy and the banking sector to a total collapse in 2019.
– 8: The explosion in 2020 of the only Christian capital in a region stretching all the way from Tangier to Beijing . With the destruction of everything the Christians had developed for centuries, from schools, to universities, to museums, hospitals, laboratories, tourism, and a modern Mediterranean way of life. This explosion along with the 2019 intentional crises, have made Lebanon loose beyond 80% of its Christian youth.
 
The lack of balance between Christian and Muslim demography has become impossible to reverse.
It has become the main weapon and threat in the hands of the Islamists. Their new strategy is to make use of the modern western values to annihilate the Christians. Therefore, they advocate for democracy and call for secularism and deconfessionalisation. With this approach they can eliminate all Christian quota in governmental and administrative positions. They can gain full control of the country’s politics and wealth.
 
The only possible way to counter this diabolical strategy is to avoid getting into the war of numbers, and to move to geographical – cultural federalism. Federalism makes numbers obsolete. It makes them irrelevant.
And as stated in the social doctrine of the Catholic Church under the qualification of Subsidiarity, it respects diversity and does not oppose coexistence.
This subject will be further more developed today by Mr Iyad George Boustany.
 
But to reach this new form of governance, it is also necessary to preserve what is left of the Christian demography in Lebanon. It is necessary to developpe sustainable projects as:
– Insure working facilities in the rural villages from Agro-industry to software and other technologies.
– Create housing development for young couples.
– Decentralize the electricity production and distribution.
– Reinforce education and sustain schools and universities.
– Provide scholarships only inside Lebanon.
– Decentralize the taxes, that are only being paid by Christian regions and almost entirely spent in other regions.
 
It is also fundamental to help Lebanon achieve peace, a just and equitable peace! with all its neighbours. The aim of the Islamists, who ever they are, is to always maintain a state of animosity that isolates the Christians from the rest of the world. This tactic has been invented and developed by the Ottomans to arrest, detain and often execute Christians after they have been court-martialled for having contacts with the enemy. The French enemy at the time. This process is still going on. Every Christian is a potential traitor. And the military court is still active.
 
Lebanon needs the Help of the entire free world. Lebanon needs the support of the Christian world. Hungary you are our voice today, and our hope.
